Are you drag racing your car or lapping it?
Aluminium rods aren't your best choice for a 'safe lasting' engine. I know teams that need to replace their aluminium rods every 4 passes (Drag), however they make over 900 whp and run nitrous. Manley rods are amazing. The main gain you get out of aluminium rods is the saved rotational weight, but if you want something to last get Manley.
I have a 2.3L stroker with Manley rods and Wiseco pistons and I'm reving my engine to around 6800 rpm since my head's pretty stock with just polishing. Your redline really depends on how built/strong your head is, however you need to realise that since with a stroked engine you produce more pressure/airflow, running a 2.3L at 8000 rpm strains the motor more than a 2.0L at 8000 rpm.
BTW I road race my car so I'm in the higher rpms for over 20 minutes at a time.
I would think that 8000 rpm would be good for your head setup, but ask SBR themselves.
