can i use 98 galant crank

Can I use the crank out of a 98 galant for a stroker motor. If so what else can i use. I can get an entire motor for free.

If you can get a whole 2.4 why not build the 2.4? You can use 1G big rods and buy custom pistons, buy a piston and rod combo. Not too sure of what you were planning but there are endless places to go if you have complete 63 and a complete 64. Most depends on your budget.

Your profile says you have a gst. Are you building a stroker for a fwd or awd?

If you are thinking about puting the block in a 1g it aint going to fly. the 7bolt 4G64 does not have provisions fore the rear engine mounts.

Also unless you are thinking about building a 7bolt 1g I think the crank would be use less. L might be mistaken but I dont think so.

Sory about being the beaer of bad tidings. (Get the thing some one with a 2g probley take it off your hands)
