Well I'm going to be pulling out my o2 housing and exhaust manifold, and going down to RRE to swap them out for ported ones. If you have bussiness to do wiht RRE, you can come with me, but I wanted to see if anyone can help me remove those...

wd40,wd40,wd40 thats all i will say. :thumb: (every exhaust mani bolt specialy if you've never taken them off before)

... or PB Blaster and a two and a half foot breaker bar. :sneaky:
 
Like everybody else' said, soak it with WD40 or PB blaster few days before you take it off. Then, crack it loose when the the engine is still hot if you can, maybe the night before you work on it. You may need to take the heat shield off to give you access. This applies to exhaust header as well, mine came off with no problems.
 
I live 15 minutes from RRE...you are welcome to swing by my place so we can remove those

hey awesome man, i just called RRE, they don't have any ported, they are doing them now, they said by later next week..Wednesday or Thursday they will have some ready...So if u dont mind, can you pm me your address and ill stay in contact with you. thanks a lot by the way.

braker bar and WD40 will save your life in this aplication. Not mention your knuckles.
