Lord Paxin has one the dumbass award for funniest and most idiotic mistake....so far! Any contendors? Note that I bolded the parts that explain the problem.

P A X I N: so basically, just need to cover up the end of the turbo, so no air can escape, and blow air ........ wait, if you block the end of the turbo, and then blow air into the intake, hwo would that work.... im confused
ItsStockOfficer: you blow air into the intake MANIFOLD
ItsStockOfficer: that bolts to the head
P A X I N: in order to do that, you would have to unhook the pipe
ItsStockOfficer: unhook what pipe?
P A X I N: intake pipe, from bov to TB elbow
ItsStockOfficer: No, you can blow air into it from a vacuum line
P A X I N: just any line?
P A X I N: only one i have is going to the charcoal canister
ItsStockOfficer: I use the line from the bov
P A X I N: that doesnt go to my intake.
ItsStockOfficer: dude!
P A X I N: only the rubber intake pipe at the turbo
ItsStockOfficer: do you know the difference between an intake and an intake manifold?
P A X I N: yes.
ItsStockOfficer: the charcoal canister goes to the intake
ItsStockOfficer: but when you do this test....the intake is OUT OF THE CAR
P A X I N: are you sure
P A X I N: the valve on the charcoal canister has a output that goes onto the intake
ItsStockOfficer: yes
ItsStockOfficer: but that doesnt matter
P A X I N: the intake manifold
P A X I N: there is one vac line on my throttle body, and goes to the charcoal
ItsStockOfficer: The intake manifold has 4 lines...Fuel pressure regulator, PCV, Brake Booster, and BOV
P A X I N: not mine
P A X I N: its cyclone
P A X I N: only has one
ItsStockOfficer: no, your wrong
ItsStockOfficer: it still has a pcv
ItsStockOfficer: it still has a fuel pressur regul;ator
ItsStockOfficer: it still has a BOV
P A X I N: ok
P A X I N: my BOV line is running down to my intake Tube.
ItsStockOfficer: then thats your problem
P A X I N: what do you mean
ItsStockOfficer: you bov is leaking at 7psi
P A X I N: right
ItsStockOfficer: dude!
P A X I N: im sorry, im not getting it
ItsStockOfficer: NOT the BOV dump tube
P A X I N: right.
ItsStockOfficer: the BOV vacuum line
P A X I N: its like this
ItsStockOfficer: it has 2 things attached
P A X I N: right
P A X I N: the big dump and the small vac
P A X I N: i have the vac line running to the intake pipe, where the other one goes aswell
ItsStockOfficer: your BOV need to have its vacuum line go to a boost source
P A X I N: really.
ItsStockOfficer: otherwords there nothing to hold it closed
ItsStockOfficer: yes
ItsStockOfficer: what happen is
ItsStockOfficer: you floor it, and it has say 12 psi on both sides
ItsStockOfficer: then you let off, the TB closes, and it has 12 psi on one wside and o psi on the other, and opens
P A X I N: DUDE
P A X I N: hold on
P A X I N: the valve cover breather line
P A X I N: where does that go
ItsStockOfficer: the intake pipe
P A X I N: ahhh
P A X I N: and the BOV line
P A X I N: should run UP to the intake manifold!!?
ItsStockOfficer: yes
P A X I N: ahahhahaha
ItsStockOfficer: other wise it opens at 7 psi and you get a huge boost leak
P A X I N: I have them switched
P A X I N: backwards
ItsStockOfficer: hahaha
ItsStockOfficer: that explains alot of are confusion
P A X I N: im boosting my valvecover full of pressure
P A X I N: and thats why the cap was spewing oil
P A X I N: ahahhhaa
ItsStockOfficer: YES
ItsStockOfficer: thats exactly what would happen
P A X I N: ahahha shit,
P A X I N: im a retard

P A X I N: dude your awesome
P A X I N: LOL
P A X I N: thanks!
ItsStockOfficer: hahaha
ItsStockOfficer: No problem at all
P A X I N: LOL
P A X I N: crazy
P A X I N: now what about idle
P A X I N: woudl the problem do anythin with idle?
ItsStockOfficer: that should fix it
P A X I N: the idle too?
ItsStockOfficer: yes, because the intake is pulling unmeasured air form the head
ItsStockOfficer: that never went through the Maf
P A X I N: !
P A X I N: excellent
P A X I N: dude your a life saver
ItsStockOfficer: No problem man
ItsStockOfficer: Now I get to post this convo to tuners

Sean

No one who would:
A). Do those Ninja poses at all
B). Allow anyone to photograph the crime
C). Not destroy the camera, immediately

And

D). Post them HIMSELF onto the World Wide Web

Can ever be called a dumbass in my book. I've never seen anyone so brave.

Of course, bravery can go _too_ far....

Good job, Sean. Pax, congratulation, I hope this got things fixed for you. Now get a writeup on that Cyclone done.
