Ok, here are my mods:

K&N FIPK
1g BOV
Brode Upper IC Pipe
MBC@15psi
Hacked Dump Tube
Sheetmetal Cold Air Box
Greddy Lower IC Pipe
Rewired Fuel Pump
NGK BPR7ES Plugs

Recently launched my car for the 3rd or 4th time since turning the boost up from 13.5 to 15psi.

I drove home about 4 blocks afterwards and when I pulled in the garage noticed smoke rolling out from under my hood, opened it up and found my dipstick had blown up out of the hole, left about a 8 inch circle of oil on the underside of the hood and a little bit on the exhaust manny which was where the smoke was coming from. Cleaned it all off, but still smell burning oil when sitting at stop lights, hmmmmm.

So I start looking around and notice some oil just below my exhaust manny on the pass. side of car, running down onto the block.

Cleaned it all up, started the car, revved it a little to see where the oil was coming out, so far the only place I see it coming out is between the exhaust manny and gasket. Uh-oh. not good

This is either a cracked ring or valve seal correct?

I will be doing a compression check tommorrow morning to see if it is the rings, I REALLY hope its not!!! I'll be

What do you guys think it could be?

I did compression and leakage test.

Cylinder 4: 155psi 6% leakage dry, 2% leakage oiled
Cylinder 3: 141psi 27.5% leakage dry, 23% leakage oiled
Cylinder 2: 140psi 24% leakage dry, 18% leakage oiled
Cylinder 1: 151psi 8%leakage dry, 4% leakage oiled

So its not the rings or pistons

Stuck a tube in the exhaust while doing leakage test, no noise.

Stuck it in intake elbow while doing leakage test, and Cylinder 3&2 leaked into the intake a little, pulled throttle open and it got louder. So that means my intake valves are not fully closing. So there is most likely carbon build up on them. I am running through some injector and valve cleaner and will retest after that has gone through 2 tanks of gas.

Now the problem I still have:

Oil is still coming out between the exhaust manny and head, so that means there is oil in the exhaust manifold.
I also have oil running down the oil return line from the turbo and its all over the bottom of the downpipe.

What is wrong, oil seals in turbo? How do you go about testing to see if a turbo leaks. There is no oil in my intake pipes so it would be on the exhaust side.
