Yeah, I saw that while doing my daily ebay browsing. Nice kit but too much carbon fiber for my taste. I would love to get my hands on the hood, door panels, diffuser, boot, seats, headliner and knob. I think the fenders, pillars, front splitter are too much.

As long as they paint it before putting it on I'd say it's not bad. I wish I could get a cf hood, hatch, fenders, lip, and rear diffuser for my car. That would help drop a good amount of weight and help the aero for Time Trials. But of course, that's the way I think. Most people looking at that ebay ad will be thinking bling, not functionality.
 
Are you going to paint our new carbon fiber forum panels too? :p I kinda like the look. Maybe the site is lighter and faster now with all the CF everywhere.

definetly well worth 1k, I counted at least 3k in parts there. But kinda hard to tell if the guy is reputable or not.

What, you don't like the black and red paint with a little carbon fiber exposed to show how lightweight the site really is?
 
If you look at his feedback you will see this is a fraud, he is seling other people's item which is why he does'nt care how much they sell for and he only wants cash so you won't get your money back when he sends you nothing.
 
Yep looks like the usual Ebay scam. Buys/Sells like 10-15 stupid crap to get 10 ratings or more of 100%. And then sells a few for $1000+ takes the money and run. Then uses another free email account to open another Ebay account and then does it all over again.

You're assuming the diffuser actually does something. My money says it won't. Properly designed units have a lot of wind tunnel time, or at least a lot of computer flow simulations.

I didn't bother to click the link. I doubt any aero kits on eBay have been tunnel tested, so why bother?

If it's a scam, big ####ing deal, it's eBay, welcome to it. Be smart and see through it or lose your money for nothing and proclaim to the world that you are an idiot.
