I have a noticeable amout of vibration when I hit 3500 RPM. Suggestions as to what it could be besides the balance shafts? It's not vehicle speed dependant, it happens when i'm taking off from a stop and going through the gears or cruising a 75 on the highway. Could it be motormounts or a pulley or something? If it is the balance shafts, what is it about them that goes wrong and how do I fix it?

I'm getting ready to do maintenance since I just bought my car and it has 200k on it. I'm changing the valvecover gasket along with the 1/2 moon and spark plug O rings. I have the timing belt, H2O pump, and balance shaft belt. What else should I be doing at the same time? I have read that there are pulleys and or tensioners that should be replaced also. If so, what are they and how many of each are there?
I know multiple questions s rolled all in one, but I figure get them all out now rather than make 10 posts,
.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated, it's my first DSM and don't want to blow it up due to negligence
