emergency light always on now ?

i parked out back yesterday at about 11 oclock i usally park up from because out back has a pretty good hill anywaays i pulled up the ebrake and the car stayed there all day till night when i finally brought it back up front anyways i took the ebrake off and the light stayed on i just want to know why please let me know thnaks it was fine before this

Make sure you actually open the lid on the master resevoir and look at the level, don't just look through the translucent sides of the tank- there's a rubber diaphragm inside which is drawn down on top of the fluid as it goes out to take up the space of the eroding pads, and can give the appearance of there being enough fluid inside.
