Help!?!?!!?!

okay so i need some help! my has been idling weird. when it is idling it idles at 1500 RMPS and revs up to 2000 rmps and drops back down to 1500 rmps and keeps doing it. (it started after i put a new turbo after blowing my other one.) and it only does it when it is warm. some friends of mine told me it was a vaccum leak and some other people told me its a throtle body sensor. does anyone have any idea what it is?!

Ok I have the exact same car, and had the same exact issue, since you blew your turbo and have a new one in, do a boost leak test. Ok start it does it do the same thing? if it does then check the screw right on the throttle body, it will be philips screw. Srew it in or out this will +/- RPM cant miss it right above TPS (throtle position sensor) did that work? if not then read this,

Is my tps toast? 4.6@pins1,4 and 3.8@pins 2,4

There is alot of knowledge about Tps. The problem with my was it started at 1500rpm then went up to 2000rpm once I fixed my manifold crack and boost leaks, then I turned the scew on my throttle body and it was perfect!!! good luck!
