clicking coming from fron left????

I have a clicking or like pinging noise coming from the left fron section of my car. It only happens at low speeds regarless of the rpm's so its not the engine. It sounds like to small thin pieces of metal clicking together in a pattern like this tik..tik......tik.tik.tik.......tik..tik

I recently got the passenger side half shaft changed could this be the same type of thing. At first it sounded like there was something scrapping the ground slightly but after looking under the car i realized it couldnt be . Someone help me out

i have the same problem... check your bottom cam gear cover.... like push it in a little while idling and see if the noise stops ...
