Help with Talon Motor mount

i have a busted Rear Motor mount(up near the firewall) on my 95 talon NT and i cant find one anywhere but i fount a 94 talon motor mount that looks about the same LINK

the one to the far right of the pic.will this mount work or not?PLZ HELP

how bad is your motor mount? Have you tried using a tube of window-weld? My front motor mount was literally in chunks but after a recommendation from my friend I picked up a tube of 3M Window-Weld ($10 bucks) and it fixed my problem! I was amazed how well it worked.

i havent riped it out just yet,but when i looked at it you could see that it's busted in 1/2 right at the bolt that mounts close to the firewall.i have some of the Window-Weld your takin about(had to install a 1/4 glass)but i dont think that could repair a mount,it may hold the pieces together but with the torq of the motor movein it will just bust that stuff right off IMO..

you'd be surprised how well the window-weld works. my motor mount was so severly degraded that I could pass 2 fingers through it! !

I simply used window-weld to fill the gaps. Let it set overnight and viola! New motor mounts! Btw, the window-weld solidifies into hard plastic. It wouldn't hurt to try.

no your right it wouldnt hurt,also just to make sure its clear-its not the rubber thats busted its the metal.i think ill try tonight but to be on the safe side im still lookin for one...Thanks for the tip bro
