Tripple Gauge Pod Mounting

Ok i just bought a tripple gauge pod at dsmparts and i recieved it just fine and everything but when i put it up to the a-pillar it looks like the screw that would go into the a-pillar from the gauge pod will interfere with the automatic seat belt if anyone has mounted one or knows what to do it would be helpfull thanks

Hold it in place and cycle the belts. If it interferes, mount lower or trim.

I had similar problems with mine (It was a different brand that I can't remember at the moment).

I ended up installing it over the existing trim that was there.

There were two mounting screws used to attach the pod. I ended up having to cut the upper one quite short, so that it wouldn't screw into the auto-belt mechanism (If you pull away the trim from there, you'll see what I mean) and only went deep enough to screw into the trim beneath it.
