Well, I've checked most of those things on the faq checklists before, diagnosed from many links..this has been an ongoing problem... but tonight i just found something new. I pulled the ECU a while back to check also, and it was fine.
Well like i said the idle surges from 1100-1500... but tonight i was driving and if I let off the accelerator, and coast in gear ( i was in 2nd) and coast until the RPMs hit that 1100 mark, the car will accelerate by itself for a few seconds, then stop, then accelrate, then stop...etc... remarkebly in a range like the surge!!!!!!!! Very Exciting for me to notice!! Hmmm...is it my TPS?? It tested ok, but I know tests are always decieving...(My friend had a ISC he thought was good bc it checkout out electically but the pintle never moved right) Any ideas?? I hope this is the final clue for at least one of my problems haha....

I am going to try an ECU swap. I just have to find someone to swap with
. The ECU appears in good shape, but someone on the board told me there is always a chance it isnt and that makes sense. If it fixes it I'll post it up. Crossing my fingers..
