Sun/Moonroof Help

I dont know exactly what everyone calls them but my sunroof only pops up and doesnt go back, you think its off track??? I took it to Mitsu and they said i need a whole new sunroof system including the glass which i know isnt true. they said the total would be like around $400 to get it fixed again, WTF??? Has anyone had the same problem and got it fixed???

I don't know why the glass would need to be replaced. I can tell you that the tracks they used on 2g DSM's are total crap. Mine are worn out leaving plenty of play in the mechanism. The rattle sucks:thumbdown
