My car has 69,000 miles on itr and its a '98 gsx. Everytime i go out and drive it while im driving the friction point on the clutch constantly changes. i just replaced the clutch 6 months ago and haven't done any hard driving on it. any ideas>???? thanks in advance.

When was the last time you bled your clutch? If there is air in the lines, that might be affecting where your 'sweet spot' is.

If the clutch is misadjusted in a certain way (on a 2G, at least), the return bleeds in the master cylinder get covered and the clutch can pump itself up. When this is true, then depending on how long it has been since the last shift, it can feel like the sweet-spot (as you put it) keeps moving up and down as you drive. Do a search for this. I think that it is fully explained on the RRE site. It is important to fix sooner rather than later.

Of course, do the simpler stuff first, such as bleeding at the slave cylinder.
