brake problem

I have notice that my front passenger side brake is making a high picthed squeeling type sound. and I don't think that i need new brakes because when i press the brake padel it goes away. i took off my wheel to see if something was in the way and when i turned the rotor it made that squeeling sound. the sound was coming from where the caliper graps the rotor. could this be a warped rotor or is my brake not realeasing all the time or something elseany info will help. thanx

Ps-it only does when im moving and it seems to come and go when im driving.

prolly a warped rotor. I have the same problem.

I don't think the rotor is warped. If it was then you would feel a vibration when you break.

That said, I don't know what it could be.

-Might be the dust shield is scrapping on the rotor.

well, my brakes squeel really bad when I am backing up, and It pulses really bad when coming to a stop. my car sucks.
