I took the ISC motor off and figured out the little end plunger piece came off so I put it back on and no Idle surging anymore,BUT then I realize I have a horrible miss, The miss is so bad the car can barley be driven, especially when it is cold, I had taken the entire throddle body off ,so could I have installed it wrong. I checked all the vac lines, gaskets, new plugs and wires,,,,,,,,,,PLEASE HELP,,,,,ANY IDEAS???
Also I heard a loud pop, click sound almost like a wire arc pop sound, coming from around the first injector close to the throddle body. Could this be a bad injector.

lordpaxin suggested checking the plugs one by one and I figured out I had a plug wire not getting contact on the coil end, I had new plug wires but for some reason the end piece was bent in to small and was not contacting, I do still have a little idle surge but at least it is running smooth now, thanks for the advise all.
