I was on my way home from work today. As I'm on the interstate (I-10) my car's oil light all of a sudden came on and before I could do anything else, my car starts like sputtering or acting like it doesn't want to go anywhere. I start to pull over to the side of the road and it coasts into the grass. I get out of the car and look at the engine and I see that the t-belt is missing "teeth".

It is on the side of the road now so I guess I can't do anything until tomorrow.

Any comments/suggestions/etc...???

Sorry to read about your misfortune. Chances are you will need at least 4 valves, maybe more. A valve grind gasket set is a must along with T-belt. There are other parts which if they haven't been changed should be changed while it's apart. Probably looking at $200-$400 in parts plus your labor depending on what you find.

Let us know how we can help.

Cheers,
GTM
