auto trans fluid

its weird...i put 5 quarts of tranny fluid in and a new tranny filter and the think still no reading on stick...i know the tranny filter dont suck up that much and i aint got a leak. any clues?

Hm. The capacity lists as 7.1 quarts, but I don't know how much of that lives in the torque convertor, nor how much of that you'd emptied out.

I'd hope you looked for a puddle, and that you aren't pouring it into the 710 hole.
