Ottawa,
i experience an EXTREMELY low idle whenever i get off of driving on the highway for a long period of time, sometimes in the 500-550 range, no matter how much i adjust the BISS or the Throttle, the idle will drop down to about this level every time...

also i am experience some jerking and severe slowness anywhere under 3 000 rpm... know if you rev your car under 2 grand in 5th gear and give it gas? well thats more or less what it feels like, except there is some jerking from time to time....

its a NT 5 speed for the record.

Sounds like some kind of vacuum leak. I would check all of the lines, maybe spend 10 bucks and replace all of them.

Then adjusting the biss, I hope you grounded out the ecu in both places. Check vfaq.com for more on this.....
