Idle Fluctuation Troubleshoot

Hey guys,

Im having idle fluctuation of about 300rpm to 500rpm. I am using larger injectors, but I suspect a vac leak. You could almost keep a beat to the fluctuation. It doest happen on accelerated warmup, but once the engine is warm it starts. If I hold the revs at anywhere below about 1200rpm or so with the throttle it will still fluctuate. During normal driving above 1200 rpm or so there are no problems. I tried to pinpoint a vac leak at welds w/ carb cleaner with no luck. I suspect a leaky intercooler or a bad BOV, what do you guys think?

I would really appreciate any info you guys could offer me. Let me know if I can be more specific with anything.

I would build a boost leak tester, that would make it easier to pinpoint where it's leaking from.

Do you mean when u hold down the gas and the idle stays below that or below 2,000? When I fixed my rubber seals on my TB, and I put it all back togeather, I left my TPS Sensor at an off angle and it made my car do funky things. Such as at idle or in gear whatever, if i held the gas to idle below 2,000k it would do an idle surge between 1,300-2,000 or somethin realative to that. Also between shifts sometimes it would rev up 500rpm for me (kinda convenient to me ) but once I put my TPS back at the right angle, my car began to work perfectly again (besides the shitty boost leaks)
