car wont start when does it stalls HELP!!!

my car wont start anymore it will crank and sound like it wants to fire but it it not start. once in a while it will start for like 5 seconds. the night before i started it and it started sputtering and wouldnt go. the car had no power. it stalled at least 20 30 times before i finally got it home and when i did the manny was hotter than the sun please respond i think it is the cam angle sensor but i need a second opinion or 3rd or 4th as many as possible please by the way i have a 90 laser turbo

Could be running really rich, or lean explaining the hot manifold I guess. Or timing could be too advanced.
