Clutch Pedal on the floor

Just like the tile says i changed my tranny oil and tightened up my powersteering belt. Then i went out to the garage about an hour later to go to the store and pushed in my clutch and it just gave and sticks to the floor it comes back if i pull it up with my hand. I dont get it the car seemed fine when i pulled it into the garage. The only thing i did remotely close clutch wise was pushed the clutch fork lightly to see if there was any play. There was a lil and thought it was normal and just went along changing the tranny fluid. You guys have any ideas what the hel is wrong or what may have happened. Do you think by me pushing on the clutch fork a lil bit would cause this. I dont know what to do you think i should just bleed the lines? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Make sure their is fluid in the resevior, your return spring is still attached, and the rod on the slave cylinder is still seated properly on the clutch fork. If that all looks you good, you can try bleeding, but really you shouldn't get any air in the lines unless you desconnected one of the lines or have a leak.
