Bad accident

Lastnight this bi*** runs me out of my lane and taps my front end which puts me into a fish tale. Well I finally stoped but not befor the left rear tire slams on to a curb at 50mph now the knuckle is broke and my rear tire is (fubar)ed any idea where I can get one for a good price or how much they cost. I just got it back after a headgasket change and now this I running low on cash. The front tire hit also but not as hard light scratches and the steering wheel is turned to the left now when the tires are straight. I dont see anything broke on the front end is there anything I should look for just to be sure.

Check all tie rod ends and the rack-n-pinion. The rear knuckle can probably be found at a local junkyard. From experience it is better to talk to them in person. Also have the car realigned.

Thanks for the reply. I dont think my alignment is off I drove it to the shop to get fixed and it drove straight when I left my hand off the wheel. I dont understand why the steering wheel would be to the left and the wheels be straight How would I check the rack and pinion for anything out of the ordinary? The shop is just replaceing the knuckle.One last question how do you know if you warped your head after a head gasket install.

The head should have been checked for warpage before the new gasket was installed. But anyways common symptoms are, white smoke out the tail pipe all the time, oil mixed in with the coolant, loose of coolant, un even compression between neighbooring cylinders.

my compression is 180 100 120 178 4TH to 1st piston.. So I think it might be. Will a leak down test tell me if the head is warped I think when the guy put my head back on after the headgasket change he warped it. Im going to do a wet test first to make sure its not the pistons though it shouldnt be. The only time i get smoke is when I floor it and then release the acclerater then poof huge amounts of smoke. I am thinking a valve is not sealing right someone told me that could be it. The smoke is dark and light so I cant tell what it is that is burning oil or gas or coolant. It started the smokeing right befor I had the gasket changed due to leakage.

Anyideas would be cool and any for my orignal ? I had to replace the knuckle,cross member and all lower rear arms. They said the fron was ok but is there anything I should look for could the engine suffer due to the huge impact

Your engine wouldn't have suffered from that impact. A leak down test will tell you if you have leaking valves and a more specifically which ones. Yes, it will also tell you if you have a warped head. With compression numbers that you have your engine must idle poorly and jump around in the engine bay.

Does the smoke smell sweet or like gas?

The car actually runs fine, smooth and all brand new like. The exhaust smells like fuel but that could be from the 255walbro pump. I have no fuel reg or other fuel system mods. I think it just pumps to much in cause I run rich as hell at WOT (at least thats what the air/fuel gauge says) I have a sunpro it has 12 lights instead off like 30 on the auto meter and it didnt run this rich intill the car started smokeing like it does. It dosent smoke when at idle or when you give it some gas. Just when I go from WOT to leting off . Say I race some one it doesnt smoke at all till I finish the race and let off then the cloud comes.
