I have NO spark...my car will not fire...It cranks..but no spark. I have fuel pressure. The ecu and Fuel Relay under the dash has been swapped out for know good parts. Still nothing. I dont know what the deal is. Im going to test the Coil pack and Power Transistor resistance in a minute..I post the details.

I put a voltmeter up to one of my fuel injector harnesses....when the key is on the "on" position I get +12v in one of the terminals...and I get about 8v in the other terminal...when the car cransk the terminal with 8v..moves a bit....

My question is "are both those terminals supposed to get voltage?

Is there a ignition relay somewhere? I need to trace the wiring...i does not make sense....what else would cause the car to not spark?

:thumbdown

Forget this POS....Cant get any help.........im sick of trying to get it to start....anybody want to buy it?

I changed the spark plugs..that its...I did not touch anything besides the the spark plugs..nothing else was moved.

However; I did power wash my car 2 day before this happened.

Im thinking that some water got into the CAS. I took it off the car and opened it up. There was lots of moisture in there...the car was running a bit odd though...like very rich after I washed the car..I did not notice really until I looked on my driveway and saw a little patch of carbon on the ground...(I have a exhaust dump to ground)

So you washed the car, drove it around- ran like crap . . . changed the plugs. Let it sit overnight maybe. . .and then next morning- no spark?

Is that right?

Actually,

I washed the car/engine.....left the engine on when the car was washing just to be safe.

Finished washing.

Drove car. Car ran fine..maybe a lil hiccup.

Drove car around for a 1/2 hour. Parked the car for couple hours.

Cranked the car up.

Drove home, went to sleep.

Started car next morning, ran fine. Decided to put in my colder plugs..for no reason really..just to do it. Went to the movies later that night, parked it. Cranked it up. Went to denny's. Parked the car.

Left Denny's

Started the car..drove fine for a minute..then the cel came on, then the car died.

Tried to start the car..it started for a sec..then died..and that was it...towed it home.

This may seem like an obvious question, but have you checked to see if your plugs are fouled? I'll assume you gapped them correctly before putting them in yes?
