car wont start unless door opened? WTF?!

got a problem here, at first my car wouldn't start at all and at one point the idling got low and died(once). Now the car will start with the drivers side door opened (i guess that sensor on the door has to be open). WHy is that ? the clutch/start was disabled a long time ago and had no problems but now im baffled, any suggestions?

I once had a problem starrting my 2g, but it turned out a wire worked loose out of the harness that plugs into the starter itself. So basically till I got it fixed I'd have to have a buddy jiggle the wire everytime to start my car. This probably doesn't help you at all. I'll shut up now.

yes i do, when i connect the alarm it works fine but when the alarm goes off it drains the battery and gives me trouble starting again. So the i have to disconnect the alarm and deal with bad idling as if the car was gonna die.

Solution...
Remove the F'd up alarm and all related wiring. Repair any F'd up wiring that remains. Then, simply install a new alarm CORRECTLY. That should solve the problem.
