Car not building enough boost.

Ok i have my car turned to 15 psi " my car won't build more than 5-6 psi in 3rd gear when i just push on the gas, 1st and 2nd are good, but then agian i can't hold traction. When I hit in the upper RPM range my car feels like a fuel cut, but i don't get the back fire. This is starting to piss me off cause i don't hold traction in 1st and 2nd and when i get to 3rd it dosen't boost at the PSI i want it to .

The car is kind of stock, 550cc injectors, Intake,K&N, lower honeycomb removed, turbo xs type-h bov.

And whats the light next to the check engine light that usally comes on when i hit boost in 1st and 2nd, dose it mean i have no traction?

Do you have a bigger fuel pump? An Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator?

the yellow light next to the cel means you need coolant

you have 550s and no safc? Yellow light means low coolant

ya noo safc, The car has stock fuel pump as far as i know, stock fuel rail, what i mention is what it has. and i think an OEM size metal headgasket. I've only had this car for a few days i got it real cheap $600 cheap, The kid thought he screwed his motor and thought it was crank walking and fuel cutting, his fuel cut turned out to be a grounded out spark plug wire with 2 big holes in it, the "crankwalk" turns out to be a bad pressure plate "Atleast i think" cause my slave and master cyl are still good and the car roles why the clutch is in . THe way i look at it, i saved a DSM from a ricer, it has 1 wind shield whiper and some ### banner. and some real bald tires hehe
