I think a boost leak

All right, I haven't spent hours and days looking on here for an answer but I have looked.
I had your basic mods on the the stock turbo basically maxing it out, but everything ran perfect. I installed a ported evo 16g along with a ported o2 housing, but when I tried to drive it no boost. Now I can boost at about 5 grand. I made a leak tester and I can hear a pretty big leak at the throttle body. I have siliconed both sides shut but it still leaks. I have checked all the clamps numerous times, but I know it is at the tb or at least that area. It seems to be coming from behind it next to the firewall.
Is there something anybody knows of to do? I just hate to take it to a mechanic and fork out the dough for something so little.

There are all sorts of vacume lines in the engine bay maybe one has a hole or is cracked?

I have checked all the hoses and that sort of thing. If I can hear the leak somewhere is that the place it should be leaking? It seems like it is coming from where the throttle cable or butterfly thing is connected to the tb. Could that be the problem?
