"No CCD messages from TCM"

I just replaced the ECU of my 95 'MANUAL' NT Eclipse... and i'm getting error code 66 (from the keydance method)... looked up online and it says Error 66 is "No CCD messages from TCM"... TCM - Transmission Control Module isn't that for automatics only???

could this mean that i bought a wrong ecu (for automatics) and thats why i'm getting this code??
can u use Automatic ECU in manuals?

By the way.. i'm getting realllllly bad performance on my car... the drive is not smooth at all.. lot of jerks.. and no pick up......

i have the same code and i have a M/T too, that's why it baffels me that i get that code, did u ever figure out how to fix it??
