Power window and radio problem

Hi, today while I was driving I heard a very strange noise come from what sounded like driver side speaker. I came home tried to put the driver side window up and I would not work. I was able to get the passanger side window up fine but the driver side window would not work. Also my radio does not work any more. It is an aftermarket radio and I checked the fuses and they seem fine. The radio buttons and what not will light up when I turn the lights of the car on but the radio lights in the middle that display what song is playing ect will not turn on and it won't make any sound at all. Also lately I have been having this wierd thing happen when I turn off my car. I have a turbo timer and my somtimes turns off anyway and Immeadatly turns right back on. The last question I have, is if there is any way I can put my window back up by hand.

Update, I was able to move my window up now however my radio still does not work.
