Ok whenever I go to start my car when it is cold out(below 50*) it starts right away and then immediately dies. And then on the second crank it starts and stays running. Sometimes it will surge a little. Any ideas?

It still consistently doing this. First time it dies immediately then second time starts immediately.

Could have a weak Idle Speed Control Motor. See if you can test it. There's many things that cuold cause it. Fuel pressure, ISCM... Ever change the capacitors in your ECU?? Just a thought there.

Fuel filter has been done within the last 10k miles. Never changed capacitors and how do I check for bad isc motor or low fuel pressure? Thanks!
