ive got a 90 eagle talon. ive put 3 engines and 3 tranies in it. what i got to put in it was junk. i had it running pretty good when i left it set for 2 days, went out to start it and the timing belt was loose. ok well i took it off to get it in time when i turned the oil pump ballance shaft, and it stayed were i turned it. it didnt turn either way freelie. my other engine did tha same thing and the rear ballancing shaft bearing came off and it made a nice bored out hole there.i put the timing belt back on tight and it still sounds like its loose. im thinking its that bearing but im not sure. maby someone knows all about this and can tell me what im doing wrong or if its something else and how to fix it. ballanceing removal kit? ANYTHING WOULD HELP

I'm not completly sure as to what the heck your asking, but doing the balance shaft mod removes the worry of dealing with the balance shaft belt and balancing. If you have the time, simply replace the Rear balance shaft with the stub stated in the VFAQ. You can leave the front shaft in to block off the oil squirters in it's bores. Timing belt replacements become a 1 hour jobby. And you gain a HP or 2.
