Hessitation at high speed and rough idle (long)

I was driving on the interstate 2 days ago and when I would keep the speed at 75 to 80 and give it some gas to keep the speed up (going up a hill slight hills) The car hesitates like slight taps on the brakes If i threw it in 4th and did it it would acclelarate fine but then it did it when I stoped to get a drink and took off from a stop in 3rd so confused. It also happened once while going straight. Then After a couple hours get back in the car and start it now the car has a rough idle. My air fuel goes from ideal to lean drops off and the car shakes and my exhaust sound like (vvvrrrrrrmmmmdummm vrrrrrrrmmdumm )SORRY ONLY WAY I CAN EXPLAIN IT . It does it like ever two seconds. It runs fine at 60mph and driving normal if I speed up from 60 theres no hestiation. All this happened with a full tank of gas so I know the pump wasent struggling and it has been changed 2 months ago with a 255lph and new fuel filter. I have no idea what this could be has anyone had these problems or know what it could be. I am going to change the plugs and wires and both the o2 sensors the one after the cat is dead anyway has been for a couple months just didnt have the money latley. But If any other ideas come to you I could use them.

ANYONE PLEASE. A guy told me there was smoke comeing out when I pulled on him lastnight so i pulled over to check it out and it was black sort of not white going to do a compression test anyway and the exhaust smells like fuel confused. On this plugs look good and like I said I am going to change the plugs and wires any way is it possible my ignition system could be going. Please any ideas I looked at some of the other threads and it is sort of what I have but they dont say if there air fuel say lean at idle ever 2 sec or so. Plus another ? people say you run rich when you shift with a blow off valve that goes to the atmospeher well when I shift the lights go down to lean till I shift and speed up..
