well, this is about my 95interga LS again,. i'm replacing my heater core but, it requires to Discharge the A/C and the damn haynes manual didnt have any instruction on the book. i called one of the local shop(firestone), and they told me that it is not that hard to discharge preon and not really dangerous(like said on the manual), or they will have to charge me $35 for labor and it will have to be monday. so, is there anyone here who have done discharging the a/c without going to any shop? i really need to fix my heater core asap. my passenger side floor is soaking wet with the coolant right now.
thanks
thanks

Did that on my dads van when replacing the a/c compressor. Just loosened th bolts on one of the lines and let her rip. It was really loud.
