OK I just got my intake pipe installed and I noticed there weren't anywhere to put the vacuum lines, so I went searching the forums on what to do. I found a thread saying that you put a breather filter on the valve cover nipple, and I did that. For the hose coming from under the battery somewhere I just left to vent, and the last hose I plugged and ziptied (the one that goes to the turbo somewhere). I went to go test drive it and the turbo spool up noise was a lot louder but my stock 2g bov is basically silent, I can't hear anything coming from it which is odd because when I installed just a cone filter a couple of months ago, it made it sound like I had an aftermarket bov. But that's not really my point, anyways I got home and parked it in the garage, engaged the ebrake and set my turbo timer for 2 minutes since the auto time already went down because I was keeping the rpms a little low while in the neighborhood (but I drove it hard outside the neighborhood). I turn the key to the off position and the car shuts off so I'm like "ok....wtf" so then I turn the key to accessories and I get no dash lights and the turbo timer stays off. I try to start it and all I hear is the starter solenoid make a loud CLICK but no crank. I've experienced this at my friends house but I have no idea how he got it to start up again.

I didn't mess with any of the electrical...so I don't know why the TT isn't bypassing the ignition, but I know it works because it worked fine before we installed the intake pipe, so I'm guessing maybe it's because we had to ghetto rig all the vacuum lines?

Plz help I need to get this thing functioning normally ASAP, I have to go to school.

Jmo: you probably ordered your pipe wrong or something thats just my guess,
call Dejon and explain your problem and I know they will offer to get you the right one , of course you will have to send the wrong one back and use your old intake pipe again for a week or two.
Oh yeah they do charge 5 or 10 bucks for each nipple they add to the pipe you order so expect to pay more.
Dejon is easy to deal with, just explain to them what car you have and if you need nipples added on, when I ordered my pipe for my 91 GS-t I told then that I wanted to keep my car emissions leagal and all and I dont vent, they knew exactly what I needed. I dont know what the intake pipe looks like on a 2G but on my 91 stock pipe it had three nipples on it and thats what my Dejon came with.
Let us know the outcome of whatever you decide to do.
