fuel cut maybe bent valve

hey me and my buddy w/ a 93 awd went to the track and an injector wire came off and were pretty sure it fuel cutted when that happend. now we think he might have a bent valve or fried a ring or something. anybody have any idae in what u think it might be?

What 'what' might be? You haven't said what the car is doing now after the wire came off. Does it start? Does it hold an idle? Is it leaking oil/coolant? I would start off by first replacing and fixing the injector wire if possible and do a compression check.

we found the problem. The safc was malfunctioning. once i got the new one in it ran great.
