I just read on Alldata.com that there is an emissions recall for the oxygen sensor on the 91 Tsi AWD. Does this mean that the dealer will replace it for free? I just did a voltage check on mine and it is no good...

I believe they will if they haven't done it before. I would definitely give them your vin and see because they are like 80 bucks new. It's worth a try.
