clutch or crank walk

i drive a 95 gst and the clutch peddle sticks to the floor and is very soft
it also engages in different spots like one time it will come all the way up
before the clutch engages and another i bearly let it out before it engages is that crank walk or do i just need a new clutch
please help

its not crank walk man, if it was you would feel the motor shake when you are boosting it. its definately the clutch out of those two options.

Does your clutch slip? If so, you need a new clutch. If not check for leaks at both cylnders then bleed the clutch and see what happen.
