ok so this has been going on for a while but i just never really gave it much thought..... here goes......

at times when i am decelerating from a hard run when i come to a stop my idle goes down almost to a stall. if i rev from an idle then it almost always does it.... have you guys seen this problem before? I hope you guys can help me out.....

what kind of mods do you have? Is your BOV vented or recirculated?

bov is venting to atmos. i have had it on there a long time but never had a problem. It started recently. mods are turbo back exhaust (apex) 1g head swap
1g TB
plugs
wires
Dejont Hard pipe everything....
clutch masters clutch
fidanza flywheel
afc
gauges
etc........

check engine has been on forever. ran codes came up TPS. Swapped TPS and it still comes up. nothing else seems to be wrong. anyway hope that helps. oh just hit 80k.

its because you are venting....happend on my car a little bit, on my friends A/T that just started venting his is doing it real bad now...

hmmm see i thought that too but i have had the BOV on there forever, and it ihave never had that problem until a few months ago.....

its probally 1 of 3 things, or a combination or them
its either because your bov is vented(that will make your car run like crap even if its not whats making the rmps drop, put the tube back on and recirculate it, your stealing already metered air from your engine)
or it could be becasue you hacked all the honeycombs out of your MAS
lastly there is supposed to be something on a 1g throtle body that runs coolant(or anti freeze, i forget) of some sort through the TB, if you disconnect that it will idle kinda funny, since u have a 1 TB on a 2g i doubt u have that hooked up

my car does almost the same tuing nearly stalls sometimes when i first start it, and sometimes stalls if i stop in gear with the clutch pushed in, its because the honeycombs are hacked out of my MAS and the TB coolant thing is disconnected
simple solution, go to neutral when u stop the car
