Value of C14 SMD cap in ECU?

The ECU in my newly arrived 91 Eclipse GSX suffers from leaked caps. They are easy to replace, even think I got the correct values floating about in various project drawers.

The bad thing is the cap fluid has eaten one of the surface mounted caps, the C14, plus some copper. Has anyone an idea of the value of the C14 so I can try to replace it.

do you know what the capacitor numbers are or can you tell me what capacitors I need to replace in my ecu , thanks.
