Door Lock buttons do not work

Ok, I did a search and only came up with one worthwhile thread where a guy had a similar problem. But there was only one response which suggested a fuse for just the door locks.

Basically the buttons to unlock my doors do not work. Neither does the keyless entry.

I called Satan and had to leave a message, I won't get another chance to talk to them until Thurs.

Is there a specific fuse for just the door locks? Everything else in the car works fine (and by fine I mean it works as well as it was before this problem). I am locking my doors by sliding the little arm thing with the red sticker which moves when you lock and unlock the doors. I can open the doors with the key itself.

If not a fuse, maybe there is a seperate battery for the alarm system that may have drained? I have fresh scratches on my hood, and while working at the pool the day when I discovered the scratches, I heard a car alarm in the parking lot. I work as a lifeguard, and was up in the chair so I couldn't go see if it was my car that had been triggered. I don't see why there would be a seperate battery, or why it would be allowed to drain, but if there was one and it could be then the alarm being on for 5 minutes or so could do it.

So if anyone has any suggestions before I talk to the dealership about it, please drop a line.

Thanks

-T

Open owner's manual.

Check fuse position, yes there is one for power locks and other accessories.

Pull fuse, look at it. Replace if necessary.
