My throttle sticks closed.
I have to punch it to get it free, and that doesn't really help anything.
The butterfly sticks closed.
I heard to clean it with Carb cleaner, and that worked okay, but it's still stuck.
Is there a guide on how to take out the TB and clean it?
I really have no idea how to take it out.

It sounds like either your throttle blade is out of adjustment or bent. If your throttle blade adjustment allows the blades to close too far, the blade will get stuck in the bore. Clean it first with a toothbrush and carb cleaner, with the engine off. Be sure to open the blade, and scrub all around where the blade closes against the bore taking special care to clean the edges of the throttle blade. You don't want or need to spray the whole can in there, so use it sparingly. When you are pretty sure you have everything scrubbed off, shoot a few shots of cleaner in there to flush it off, then quickly put your intake hose back on and start the engine. You shouldn't have to spray in more than an ounce or two of cleaner. Too much could flood your manifold and cause hydrostatic lock if you start you engine and rev it up to suddenly. So use it sparingly. While you are in there try to check the throttle blade for any evidence of damage. The throttle blade should be completely flat. If it's bent you have to replace the entire throttle body. Also check for clearance between the throttle blade and the bore. If it touches, the stop screw has been tampered with and needs to be tightened to keep the throttle from closing too far.

If this looks helpful to you, click on this post was helpful. Good luck :thumb:

Ps. I noticed your car is N/A so You should only have to pull of the air intake hose, and it's very unlikely that it could be bent.

OH MY GOD!
Thank you so much good sir!
I pulled out my intake hose, and Yuck, carbon all over the butterfly =/
Sprayed a bit of carb cleaner in there, and I scrubbed with a tooth brush and a rag.
It works wonders! My pedal is all nice and buttery now!
I am so happy I don't need a new TB.
Thank you for your help.
I must've asked this question 3 times with no answers, so I appreciate your help.
Thanks again!
