high exhaust back pressure

i'm having a little trouble with high exhaust back pressure....the loss of power is due to what? incomplete scavenging of the burned gasses from the cylinder or could it be from incomplete atomization of the fuel being injected i'm sitting on my hood triing to figure this out....can anyone help me with this.......third option is gas and a match jk

I've got a dent there too... and a burn mark from an oil fire!
