So I can not start my car with the key, I turn it and all it does is run the fuel pump.

The starter is good because the tab where the wire sends power when you turn the key, can be taken off and I put a wire onto the metal tab and then the other end of the wire to the positive side of the battary and it will start.

I am waiting on an alternator so I can take a multimeter and stick it into the wire to see if its getting power when somone turns the key. If it is getting power I dont understand why it can't make it to the starters tab it clips onto. I have also checked for corosion and it looks to be in good shape.

Well the female clip is plugged in onto the starter terminal, but the other end of this wire plugs in to the main harness? I could of sworn it runs into a bigger loom and there was no clip for the other end. I will have to check that out thanks!

Roast beef was right, I forgot the plug that goes tot he main harness LOL.
