gear oil leak?

well i had my car on for about 30 min yeaster day when i drove it away i saw a really big puddle of gear oil so i put it on stands and my whole bottom end is covered in the stuff
but i cant find out where its coming from i drove it today and it poped out of third twice(never happend b-4) other then that it still shifs smooth anay body know what i need to check?

first try to remove all the oil that you can from under the vehicule and the engine. after that take a look if you dont see any visual leaks ... its may be a bunch of things you know... tranny, oil pan, oil return tube from turbo... those are the most suceptical things you have to check
