Well now that my cars down due to running with no oil/probably spun a bearing, but I havent even started taking the motor apart I was just going through some ideas of what I could do. This is all saying that I didnt bend any valves.

Option 1:

Keep the motor I have in the car right now, get a new crank, replace the rod bearings, probably replace atleast 1 rod, new oil pump, and get the motor refreshed.

Option 2: Invest in a shortblock and get a new oil pump.

Option 3: Invest in a stock motor, sell the head off mine, intake manifold, and all the rest of the accessories.

What do you guys think would be the best option?
