Blew off LIC pipe, problems

Ok here is my problem: I have a new evo 3 setup, and I blew off an intercooler pipe last night. I clamped it back on but it is running like crap ever since, and it doesn't seem to have as much power or low end torque as it did before.

My setup is

Evo 3 16g
Evo3 Manifold
Tubular 02 housing
2.5" buschur turbo back exhaust
KN FIPK
1g BOV
Hard Upper Intercooler Pipes
Walbro 255hp
Aeromotive AFPR
AFC NEO

My boost is set between 17 and 18

Could this be a boost leak or maybe since it is warmer outside could that have a factor?

Are you using t-bolt clamps and 3 or 4 ply silicone couplers?

I would do a boost leak test, my guess is you have more than one.
