I have been trying to resolve an issue w/ my car sputtering/hesitating very bad at 4k rpms. It did this w/ my old engine and still does it w/ my new long block, turbo, injectors, fuel pump, etc. I did use all the old sensors when I put my motor back in. I have done boost leak tests, changed out plug wires and plugs, etc... Today I have been trying to use my data logger to diagnose but I am not real clear how to use it. I monitored my rpms, front o2 voltage, and tps. I noticed that whether at idle or at WOT at any rpm in any gear my o2 voltage stayed at 2.03. I'm guessing I need a new one but I'm not really sure what it should be doing. I think .875 is good at wot under load. Once again I'm baffled.
