Idler Pulley Arm?

Well today we where working on my 95 talon and replaced the power steering belt. It was driving good for about 10-15 miles then I cut the car off. When I came back outside the power steering belt we had just replaced had come off the tracks. Our friend said this is because of the Idler Pulley Arm... if this is the case where can I pick one of these up tomorrow and how much should it cost...

The PS tilts in it's mounting bracket to tension the belt - there is no idler pulley arm that I'm aware of. That's not to say that either the PS or water pump pulley might not be bent.
