Turbo motor swap

I have this 93 Eclipse and it was originally a 2.0L non turbo car but my dad and I have swapped it to the 6 bolt Turbo motor. It doesnt have the wastegate actuator solenoid and its not getting fuel to the motor and thats all I need to get this thing running. Does anyone have any suggestions on if I even need the wastegate actuator solenoid or was it part of the emissions BS. Can I just simply run vacuum hoses and T them into the turbo??? What would anyone suggest about the fuel problem maybe the Pump??? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you need a Boost controller solenoid. How do you know you don't have fuel going to the engine

check all your line then get a hold of a boost controller and a scan tool check you mass air flow sencer take off the turbo and check it if that dosent work get a new waste gate and vaccum line and t fitting

The wastegate solenoid actuator is just part of the emissions bs.Spend $20 bucks and get a manual controller
